Dr. Alexander Sinclair is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Dr. Alexander Sinclair's medical training includes a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Sinclair has participated in research with Columbia, Cornell and Rockefeller Universities and the West Indian Ministry of Public Health. Dr. Sinclair's work in nutrition and fat cell growth and development give him knowledge in optimizing your preoperative preparation and the postoperative period.

Dr. Alexander Sinclair's medical degree is from Michigan State University where he trained in general surgery and plastic surgery.

Since coming to California in 1985, Dr. Sinclair has devoted his time and energy to building a busy clinical practice. Dr. Sinclair maintains staff privileges at several hospitals and participates in local, regional and national societies and organizations.

Sik N Twisted Psycles, Since first being introduced to the industry as a toddler, motorcycles (street and dirt), have taken permanent residency in his blood. By practicing fabrication techniques, and spending long hours in the garage to complete personal builds, his vision of owning a custom motorcycle shop became real in 2002. Utilizing this time for the research and development process, Sik N Twisted opened up shop, soon after, in 2004.

Dr. Alexander Sinclair has enjoyed a life-long romance with the art and craft of plastic surgery, and has always been enthralled by the power of change and transformation. From the onset of his medical training he knew he would be a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Alexander Sinclair has been active in local, regional and national societies. He has lectured at hospitals and various society meetings, and has been published in medical literature. For Dr. Sinclair there is no thrill greater than helping to change the lives of his patients through the transformative power of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
